Zuro is a business management platform for trades and landscaping companies, operated by Property Hall Ltd ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at ruarihall02@gmail.com.
Zuro stores the business data you and your team choose to add, including:
When you connect an account (for example Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar or a Facebook Page), you give Zuro permission to read and use the data needed for the features you enable — such as importing your inbox into your Messages tab or syncing calendar events. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Integrations. When you connect a Google account, Google may show its own consent screen explaining exactly what Zuro can access.
Your data is used only to provide the service: managing your pipeline, documents, messages, jobs and finances, sending the emails and notifications you configure, and producing the reports you request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Each company's workspace is private to that company's team. We share data only with the service providers that host and run the platform, and only as needed to operate it, or where we are legally required to.
Data is stored on our hosting platform with access limited to authorised personnel and systems. We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel, you can export your data before your workspace is closed and its records are deleted.
