Zuro — Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. The service

Zuro is a business management platform for trades and landscaping companies, operated by Property Hall Ltd. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what your team does inside your workspace. Each workspace is billed per the plan you choose; trials and subscriptions may be managed from Settings → Billing.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own business. Don't try to access other companies' data, probe or overload the platform, or use connected accounts (email, messaging, calendars) to send spam or anything unlawful.

4. Your data

Your business data remains yours. You can export it from Settings at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace when you stop using the service.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but we can't promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated in the app. Questions? Email ruarihall02@gmail.com.
